Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days for shipments to Ireland and 6 to 12 business days to the US. We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your pet’s new gear arrives ready for your next outing!

We currently ship to Ireland and the United States! Free shipping applies automatically at checkout on orders over €65 for Ireland or $75 USD for the US.

Why isn't my order in a fancy branded gift box?
Chief Quality Officers Toasty & Mallow made an executive decision: spend money on comfy padding and heavy-duty buckles, not fancy cardboard boxes that humans just throw away (and dogs aren't allowed to chew on anyway). We pack simply, securely, and with minimal waste so all the focus stays on the gear inside!

Our harnesses and travel bags are designed specifically for small to medium dogs and cats. Check the specific weight limits and dimensions listed on each product page to ensure a safe, comfortable fit for your furry companion.
How do I know if my pet will be comfortable?
All our designs feature padded straps, breathable mesh, and ergonomic weight distribution to keep pressure off sensitive areas. We recommend letting your pet explore new carriers or harnesses indoors with treats before heading out on long trips.

We offer a 14-day risk-free return window for all orders (US and Ireland), starting from the day you receive your package.
What if the product doesn’t fit?
No problem! If the size isn't right, you can return the unused item for a refund or size exchange. The fastest route is to email us so we can process your request and help you get the correct size.
How do I start a return?
Simply send an email to hello@bestiepetshop.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Returned items must be clean, unused, and free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

How do I clean the product?
For small spots and dirt, wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, hand-wash in cold water and air-dry flat. Avoid harsh detergents or machine drying to preserve the structure and padded elements.
Are the carriers secure?
Yes. Our carriers feature reinforced stitching, durable zippers, and internal safety tethers that clip directly to your pet's harness to prevent any unexpected quick exits.
What should I check before using one?
Always inspect the buckles, straps, and zippers before each trip to ensure everything is securely fastened. Make sure the harness or carrier allows your pet to breathe, sit, and lie down naturally without pinching.
