Will these carriers fit under my specific airline seat?
Yes. Standard under-seat heights across major airlines typically range between 20 cm and 28 cm (8 to 11 inches). Our carriers are engineered with flexible, soft-sided structures that safely compress by 1–2 inches without collapsing on your pet. This allows them to slide smoothly under standard airline seats across major carriers including Delta, United, American Airlines, Southwest, and Lufthansa.
What is the European 8 kg (17.6 lbs) rule?
Unlike most US domestic airlines, European carriers (such as Lufthansa, Air France, KLM, and SWISS) enforce a strict maximum weight limit of 8.0 kg (17.6 lbs) for the combined weight of your pet and the carrier, which is weighed at check-in. Our travel carriers are built using ultra-lightweight, durable materials to ensure as much of that weight allowance as possible is reserved for your pet.
What does "Airline Approved" actually mean?
Airlines do not issue official brand certifications or individual endorsements for pet carriers. "Airline-approved" or "airline-compliant" means our carriers are purposefully designed to satisfy standard cabin regulations: compliant exterior dimensions, claw-proof ventilation mesh on multiple sides, escape-proof locking zippers, and a fully leak-proof base.
How do I make sure my pet is comfortable during the flight?
Airlines require that your dog or cat can stand up, turn around, and lie down naturally inside the carrier. We recommend introducing the carrier at home a few weeks before your trip with treats and familiar blankets so your pet views it as a safe, cozy den during travel.
